My legal name in government ID does not have surname. Hence my full legal name is DISHA.

Hi,

My legal name is DISHA. It does not have any surname. On registering for exam, last name field is mandatory.
I was asked my Microsoft support person to put underscore as my last name. Find the ticket link below.

However, on exam day, when I presented my govt ID, system said that name did not match, hence I was not allowed to checkin for exam. I have rescheduled the exam on 20th july. I wanted to know, will this issue occur again?
