Hello Mashkoor.

Welcome to Microsoft’s Community.

We understand that you want to move your Certificates from your work account to your personal Profile. We will gladly assist.

We understand your request to move Certificates between accounts. However, due to our strict privacy policies, we are unable to transfer Certificates from one account to another. This policy is in place to ensure the security and privacy of all our users.

If you still have access to your work email, we can provide you with instructions on how to merge your work and personal emails. This way, you will be able to view the Certificate on your preferred personal profile.

First, allow us to share the following document: Microsoft Learn frequently asked questions (FAQs) | Microsoft Learn

Have in mind that you cannot merge two Learn profiles that are associated each to a different personal MSA. The following profile merge options can be done by connecting the two accounts in the Account Management section of Learn Settings:

  • Merge a Learn profile containing a work or school account (AAD/Entra) with a second profile containing a personal email (MSA).

  • Merge a Learn profile containing a work or school account (AAD/Entra) with a second profile containing a work or school account (MSA).

As you have a work (AAD) account associated with your Learn profile:

  1. Please visit Microsoft Learn.

  2. Sign in with your current work Microsoft account (AAD).

  3. Click on your user icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen, and select "Settings."

  4. Under the "Account management" section, select "Add account."

  5. Sign in using your personal account (MSA) to add it to your Learn profile.

  6. Sign out of Microsoft Learn.

  7. Sign into Microsoft Learn using your personal account (MSA).

  8. Return to the "Account management" section to remove your work Microsoft account (AAD).

By design, your Learn profile can only be associated with one personal Microsoft account (MSA) and up to five work or school accounts (AAD) at a time.

We hope this is useful to you, if there is anything else we can do for you, please do not hesitate to keep in contact with us.

If no additional assistance is required, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, it will be closed and locked within one business day.
