Hi, Daniel.
Thank you for sharing the information requested through Private Message.
As mentioned via Private Message, we found that your Certification is present on your Profile, but your Certification Profile is associated with a different personal Microsoft account (MSA) from the one you have provided us with.
To access your Certification, please follow the steps below:
Open your browser using InPrivate or Incognito mode.
Visit Microsoft Learn.
Sign in with the personal Microsoft account (MSA) associated with your Certification Profile.
Click on your user icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen, and select "Profile."
Select "Credentials" in the navigation menu, on the left side of the screen, then select "Certifications."
If your Certification Profile is not connected yet, please select the "Connect certification profile" button. Once connected, the "Certifications" tab will allow you to access your Certifications.
To download your Certificates, select "View certification details" under a Certificate, then click "Print certificate."
From the printer drop-down menu, select "Save to PDF" to save a copy of your Certification.
To share your Certifications, click "Share" and select the location to which you wish to share your Certification.
For a more detailed guide on this matter, please visit the article View, use, and share certificates and badges | Microsoft Learn.
Please let us know if these steps worked for you or if you run into any trouble. If you wish to update the Microsoft account associated with your Certification Profile, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
We hope that you find this information to be helpful. If so, please let us know by selecting "Yes" where it says, "Did this solve your problem?" located at the lower right corner of this post.
If we do not receive a response, the case will be closed and locked after two business days.
Kind regards,
