My MPN ID is still accociated with my old company.

Hello,

My MPN ID is still associated to my old company and I cannot get anyone from that company to come back to me to remove it from their side.

This company has used my certifications to renew their own Gold Competency so I would like to ask if Microsoft Support can remove this association?

Not sure what I need to provide to prove I no longer work for this company so I would like some guidance there also.
