I understand that you were unable to take the exam due to OnVue app issues. Let me provide you with the appropriate team that can further address the Vue application issue you encountered and provide you with rescheduling options.
After doing some research, it seems that you've experienced a technical issue and the quickest way to resolve this is to file an incident report by contacting Pearson VUE directly for real-time assistance. Their team will then identify the cause of the error in order to avoid having the same problem in the future. Once the issue has been resolved, they will also provide you with exam rescheduling options.

If in any case you are able to contact Pearson Vue support and additional assistance is needed, I have initiated a Private Message where you can send the exam details and other requested information. Once received, I can have this escalated to our Support Team for continued assistance.
Furthermore, please be aware that technical and network issues are unforeseeable equipment issues like software flaws, which can happen to any exam delivery service. Some antivirus software can create performance concerns. With this being said it is highly recommended to take your exam at the testing center to prevent technical issues moving forward.
