I signed up to them to do the AZ-104 and on THREE attempts their Proctor has failed to show up and kick the exam off.
Can Microsoft help me?
I think I'm not the only one facing these issues!

Hi Amandyk,
Any technical issue encountered before, during, or after exam delivery, as per About Online Exams FAQs, are being supported by the exam vendor.
You can reschedule your exam 24 to 30 hours after the original exam appointment. Just log onto your certification dashboard with the email associated with your Microsoft Certification profile to reschedule.
I would recommend to contact Pearson VUE support as they can assist you with rescheduling your exam and creating a ticket regarding on this issue. Provided are their contact details below:

Hi,
I wrote to PSI support about the problem and they told me that they would let me know within 5 business days. I also received an email from their company that night saying that my exam was finished and I got 0 points, which is outrageous in itself. My exam didn't even start, a member of their support team saw this, I closed their browser after 2 hours of waiting, also documented it in a photo. Also a tech support representative (MariaG) told me while I was waiting for the proctor that their system is now busy because of the large number of people taking exams and I had to wait. As if it was my fault, I wish I could have taken a picture of the GotoAssist chat, she immediately closed the program as soon as I took my iPhone for it. I hope this is some kind of technical error, but the level of PSI exams administration is just not comparably lower than Prometric.
