Name change from English to Greek or Verify ID for exam with Greek ID and profile name at English?

Hi,

I have make a register for one online exam (ms-100) for Friday.

My profile have my name with English characters. My Governor ID have my name with Greek Laters.

when i have give an exam at an exam center we verify my ID with Govenor ID and a Credit card (on credit card my name is on english).

I was try to change my MS id to greek Laters but its not supported.

I will be able to verify me Identity with Cretid card (No photo on Credit cards) and with my Governor ID that have name on Greeks ?

Hi chessmasterk,

 

As per design, our system does not recognized diacritics and only recognizes English and Roman character on the legal name field. Hence we can only update name on your profile using English letters.

 

On the recent update we received, Pearson VUE will acknowledge and accept the legal name on your profile and you should not encounter any issues on the examination day.

 

You can contact Pearson VUE support team to verify that this will not affect your scheduled exam.
