I understand that you need assistance in retaking the PL-300 exam. Let me provide information with regards to the exam retake policy and guide you accordingly.
For retaking an exam, you will just need to schedule a new one, this is the same process when you register the exam the first time. You may visit this page Register and schedule an exam for complete guidance in scheduling your exam.
Please note that if you didn't get the required passing score the first time, you must wait 24 hours before taking the exam again, and if still unsuccessful, there is a 14-day waiting period between all subsequent attempts (up to 5). Moreover, if you fail the exam five times, you will be able to repeat it 12 months after your first attempt.
As per our Exam Retake Policy, payment will be applied for any retake since this will be considered as new registration.
