need help to unlink my personal mcid from previes employer

Hi,


I want to unlink my personal mcid from previes employer.

I have look up this link:

I can see the it can be done from the employer side. how do I unlink it without conntacting the previes employer as he doesn't Cooperating


it's the secoend post I open sinse the first one was closed.
