Need help to update lastname in my Microsoft profile. Since i don't have my lastname

I had enroll for AZ-900 exam. And today while i was about to give exam it got rejected saying since my Profile has lastname as*** i gave as R*** LNU but my full name is R*** in govt id proof. So they asked me to update my name in Microsoft account. Need help on this

As we understand from your post, it was not possible to take an Exam due to the name not being correct on our system, as your last name was set like LNU.

To better assist you, we will need a copy of your Government Issued ID, as the account must be set with your Legal name. We will validate the issue with the Last Name and let you know the outcome. For this purpose, we have opened a Private Message. To get to this space, please find the link on the top right corner as shown in the image below.

Once we have received this information, we will come back to you with updates.

If we do not receive an answer, we will proceed to lock and close the case within two business days.
