Need to consolidate my two different email accounts for getting (Microsoft 365: Enterprise Administrator Expert Certification) ASAP PLEEEEEASE:


1- My email account with all my certificates is (*removed*) that includes all passed exams for getting the (Microsoft 365: Enterprise Administrator Expert Certification) such as MS-500 & MS-101.

2- My account that I used for MS-100 exam yesterday was (*removed*) that includes the passed exams MS-100 which is required for (Microsoft 365: Enterprise Administrator Expert Certification).


Note: need to consildate to get my (Microsoft 365: Enterprise Administrator Expert Certification) ASAP please before the certificate name change on next *removed* (after three days).

Based on your inquiry, we understand you have passed the exam Ms-100 and MS-101, however your Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert is not visible on your Certification Profile because you have two MCIDs. We will be happy to help you.

We want to let you know that even if the certificate Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert will be renamed, this will not affect your certificate, the certificate will just change the name to Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert. With this information said as long as you have the prerequisites the certificate will be generated.

To provide you with further assistance, we opened a Private Message where we have requested information related to your Certification Profile in order to verify it and properly assist you. You can find the access to the Private Message on the top right corner of this screen, as shown in the image below.

Your kind reply is HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

In fact, I would like to get my certification with the current name which is Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert as I deserve it with this name. I did not take the exam after the renaming, so please HELP ME to get as I am not equal to professionals who are going to take it after the renaming. I trust Microsoft to get what I deserve because the fair treatment of custmors 👍😊.

Please do the needful ASAP as my boss is asking about every day.
