New MCP, MC ID not working

Hi, I'm having trouble with creating a new MCP with the information received from Microsoft, can I get some help with this? I received Microsoft Certification ID and temporary Access Code in the email, but they don't get accepted when posting it on https://mcp.sit.mscert.microsoft.com/
