NHS Discount not applying

Hi

i have been told there is an NHS discount for the azures admin exam ( 100%)

when i try to register for the discount it doesnt recognise my email address as nhs so i cant get the discount?

its not a nhs.net address the doamin is covwarkitc.nhs.uk

any ideas?

Hello Stuart,

 

If you are using your NHS domain email in signing in to your Microsoft Certification profile, the domain will not be recognized. Please make sure to use a Microsoft account/Personal email in scheduling an exam.

 

Once signed in, you may follow the steps through this Instructional Video for more information in claiming the discount. Just a heads up, please make sure that you have selected an exam first before checking on your discount eligibility.

 

You may also follow our recommended troubleshooting steps below in case that you encountered an error:

 

1.     If you are using a work machine, please try to use different device or personal computer to make sure that there’s no restriction.

2.     Sign-out from the browser.

3.     Clear cache and Delete cookies.

4.     Use an "InPrivate/Incognito" browser session or use the latest browser (Edge/Chrome/IE or Mozilla Firefox).

5.     Allow all third-party cookies through the browser settings.

 

Once done, please retry to schedule your exam.

 

In the event that same issue persist, for vouchers obtained by your employer, it would be best to reach out to your company directly to check for your eligibility.
