No appointment available on Microsoft dashboard

Hello,

i have an exam (AZ-900) scheduled for April 17th but the section "Appointment" is still blank. 

It appears in the section "purchased online exams" but in "upcoming appointments" I read this message: "You do not have any appointments scheduled."

Can I have support?

Hello Davide,

 

I appreciate your patience all throughout the process.

 

Since you’ve mentioned that your scheduled exam was on April 17th and in any case that you’re unable to attend your exam, we would suggest to reschedule your exam instead.

 

You can also reschedule your exam by going to your Dashboard under Exam Providers > Pearson VUE > Click Go. This should redirect you to Pearson VUE dashboard where there's an option to cancel or reschedule your exam.

 

Meanwhile, we also recommend contacting them for further assistance with rescheduling your exam as we do not have visibility on available slots/date for your next exam.
