No certificates in my learning profile

Hello,

So I have passed both AZ DP-900 and AZ AI-100, and I received the congratulations emails from ***********, yet when I log in to my Microsoft Learning account https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx I can't find my certifications!!!

Any help, please.
