No Connected Certification Profile Button

When I check my Microsoft Learn profile under Settings, there is no connected certification profile. How can I enable or link it so I can register for certification exams through Pearson VUE?

Thank you for contacting Microsoft's Community.

As we understand, you have not been able to locate the button to connect the Certification profile.

The Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) portal has closed, and all associated information and resources have been redirected to the Microsoft Learn site. Users can access their certifications, exam history, and past renewal assessments through their Microsoft Learn profile. The platform has undergone significant changes, and while the Certification Profiles are no longer required, users can still access and consume all content on Microsoft Learn.

For further information about these changes:
