I understand that your exam result is important for you. I will make sure that you will be able to access your score report.
Please be advised that your score report should be available in your profile 24 hours after completing an exam. You can view or download your score report using the email address you used when you registered for your exam, just as you did when you took your exam.
In order for you to get your score report you may follow the steps below:
1. Sign into your Microsoft Learn profile. In the photo avatar drop-down menu, choose Profile and then choose Certifications.
2. Scroll to the section titled “Past exams” and find the exam for which you’d like to view results. Select “View details on provider site” to be taken to the exam provider’s dashboard.
3. In Pearson VUE, locate the exam for which you wish to view the score report, then select the “View” button.
If issue persist, kindly attach a step-by-step screenshot using Problem Step Recorder (PSR) following the steps on the public post up until on the check-out page through the private message I initiated.
