No Items to select in 'State' Dropdown list

Dears, I have this issue in completing my exam scheduling, it show the following message:

I can see that the 'State' Drop-down list doesn't show any items to select, as the below image shows

Please can you help me to complete my registration.

Hello Sultan,

When saving your profile information, please ensure that all the required fields marked with an asterisk* are correctly filled in.

You may also try our recommended troubleshooting steps below:

1.      Try using your browser in InPrivate/Incognito.

2.      Should the issue persist clear cache and cookies (steps here) Make sure you check Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.

3.      Allow all third party cookies through the browser settings.

Once done, please retry to complete the registration from the Learning site.

If the above steps did not work, please provide us a Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) along with the information requested in the private message initiated for further review. To see this option, please refer to the image below.
