No webcam feed detected while attending certification

Hi Support,
I've an exam **Date removed** while connecting I faced an error of No webcam feed detected before that It worked for me but right before the certification the Onevue failed to detect the Webcam because of that I wasn't able to attend the certification. I tried to reach out their support team but unfortunately they didn't respond.

I've somewhere that the webcam is no longer the requirement of the certification and one can proceed with webcam of the laptop. I didn't understand the reason why it wasn't able to detect the webcam as I attend meetings on this laptop and camera work perfectly on those platform.


Could you please guide regarding this issue and add light on if I can reschedule the certification?

This is a follow up response about the escalation that we made to our Support Team and they provided a new voucher that you can use when scheduling a new exam appointment. Kindly refer to the Private Message regarding with your new voucher.
