Not able to Give MB-230 - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant - English (ENU)

My Exam For MB 230 was Schedule on 3rd Aug 22 at 8.15pm. I had logged in with all the formalities two times on the given time and date. recording had started and I also had a chat to show my desk which was successfully done.

But after that it was not moving and i got mail that exam is cancelled. Please help on this matter and reschedule it.

I am sorry to hear about the cancellation of your exam. Let me guide you on how you can take your exam again by redirecting you to the correct support.

It looks like you encountered a technical issue before starting your exam. If there is a technical issue during exam delivery, the proctor will first attempt to contact you via chat. If that doesn't work, the proctor will contact you by phone.

 
Since you were not able to start the exam, the option to reschedule it on your dashboard will no longer be available as it is passed the appointment date.

On this case, please contact the exam delivery provider for the incident to be reported as they are the one responsible to provide assistance for issues encountered before, during and after the appointment and they should be able to assist you to reschedule the cancelled exam.   

   

Pearson Vue can provide all the necessary troubleshooting and the option on how you can proceed with your exam rescheduling as they have visibility with the available date/slots.
