Pearson Vue | Technical Issue | Connectivity Failure: Not able to re-schedule the Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900) Exam.

I have scheduled my Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900) Exam on ***REMOVED*** and I started the check-in process at 3:15PM. I have done all checks and at the last step during video stream and network check I failed to go through it due to network issues. And I got navigated to re-schedule my exam to some other day with-in 4 hours. To reschedule the exam I didn't find any options to reschedule the exam in Microsoft learn Page as shown in attached screenshot. Please, tell me the steps to re-schedule my exam. I have sent this same mail on April-11th around 5 PM to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, but didn't get any response from them. Now, I tried the to use the same voucher to schedule DP-900 exam again but it is showing voucher as used. Please, help on this.

Since you encountered a network issue before the exam, it is best to reach out Pearson VUE as they have the ability to access your exam itself and check the situation so that they can provide you with recommendations to reschedule your exam. Please be advised that their website provides the option to contact them via a live phone call for real-time assistance. You can select your region to see all the available support in your area. Additionally, they have introduced a feature that allows you to speak with an agent through live chat.

If in any case that you need additional assistance after contacting Pearson Vue, please provide the case ID they issued to you, as well as the necessary information, through the private message I have initiated. This will enable me to forward your case to our Support Team for collaboration with your exam provider and to consider other possible solutions for your issue.

Additionally, for future reference, to ensure an optimal performance, a reliable and stable connection speed of 12 Mbps down and 3 Mbps up is required. We recommend testing on a wired network as opposed to a wireless network. If testing from home, ask others within the household to avoid internet use during your exam session.

Furthermore, please note that once a voucher has been redeemed usually it cannot be reused anymore, and typically they cannot be extended or replaced under any circumstances. The potential for an extension is determined by your voucher code provider. Therefore, it is usually advised to contact your voucher issuer directly to inquire about the possibility of honoring an extension request.

To add on to that, the reason why you're unable to find the exam and the reschedule option under your Learn profile, is that since you missed to attend the exam, the exam might be already tagged as Expired/No-Show-Cancelled. And according to the rescheduling process, this should be done at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
