Furthermore, when registering for an exam, please make sure you’re using an InPrivate or Incognito browser. You may also try using other browsers preferably the newer version of Microsoft Edge which can be downloaded here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge.
Kindly also make sure to remove the occurrence of any non-English letters and replace them with Roman alphabets on the Certification profile (e.g. name, address). Signs and symbols should also be removed from the profile (like., \ ! @ # - etc.).
You may update your profile by logging in to your Microsoft Certification Dashboard then click “Edit Certification profile”.
If you encounter some issue, please provide us a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder), starting from the sign in page until the error message is shown on your screen.
