Not able to Schedule AI 900 Exam through Pearson Vue

Hello,

I am trying to schedule an exam for AI 900. I am able to claim the exam voucher on Microsoft, but when I try Click on "Schedule Exam" the site throws an error. I already tried to contact Pearson Vue and they couldn't solve the problem. I am contacting Microsoft as suggested by Pearson Vue.

URL of Error page: https://examregistration.microsoft.com/error?s=ERROR_CANDIDATE_NOT_FOUND

Message:

We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:

  • Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
  • Clear all cache and cookies
  • Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge

If the issue persists, you can contact Pearson VUE Support to schedule the exam. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum.

I have already tried the above troubleshooting points

I use Edge browser and have cleared cache, cookies and also tried InPrivate session on Edge, still the same message. I am not posting my MCID here as this is a public forum. Please let me know if you need any further details

Answer

Hello Shankar,

On your profile, please make sure to remove the occurrence of any non-English letters and replace them with Roman alphabets (e.g. name, address). Signs and symbols should also be removed ( like., \ ! @ # - etc.).

If the above steps do not resolve your issue, please provide us a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder), starting from the sign in page until the error message is shown on your screen.

You may upload the PSR file through the private message I initiated along with the requested information.

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.

Kind regards,
