Not getting invites for Microsoft Virtual Training Day events

Hi,



I posted this before but for some reason it was either never submitted or got deleted?



I've signed up for a few different Microsoft Virtual Training days over the last couple of months at Microsoft Training Days - Microsoft UK using my work email.



I attended one of these back in September 2019 (Azure Fundamentals) which was fine.



However i've signed up to the majority of the events (more specifically the ones where we can get free exam vouchers) listed multiple times on multiple dates now over the last 2 months and i'm not getting any e-mail confirmation or invites to the events, they are not going into Spam or Junk and they are not getting stuck in our e-mail monitoring system as I have access and have checked this.



Please can someone investigate why i'm not getting these invites, happy to provide details used to sign up over PM.

As we understand, you are not receiving any e-mail confirmation or invites to the events you have previously subscribed to.

Regarding your inquiry, we invite you to please send an Email to techskillssupport@microsoft.com for you to be able to receive further assistance with this matter. With this Email, please include the following information:

  • Customer Email ID.

  • Event Data.

  • Time.

  • Time that you registered for.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. If the information we shared was helpful, please let us know by choosing “Yes” where it says, “Did this solve your problem?” located in the bottom right corner of this post. This will let us know if your support experience has been great or how we can improve it.

In case we do not receive a response, it will be closed and locked after one business day.
