Not recieved result of AZ-400 certification

Please be advised that Exam AZ-400: Microsoft Azure DevOps Solutions count towards Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification. I have confirmed that you still need to complete one these prerequisite certification.

Below are your prerequisite options:

·         Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

·         Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate

Once you have completed all the requirements, it will take 24 – 48 hours to have the certificate reflect on your profile.

In the meantime, you may use your transcript as a proof of your exam completion.

I still need one clarification, if I complete any one pre-requisties so my result of AZ-400(Exam took on 18th March) will populate automatically or I need to appear for one more attempt for AZ-400.

Thanks for your response.

Once you passed the prerequisite for the said certification, your transcript will be updated. It may take up to 24 – 48 hours for the system to recognize your new certification status.

You won’t need to appear for one more attempt because your status will automatically be updated once all the requirements are completed.

In the meantime, you may use your transcript as a proof of your exam completion. 

Below are the steps on how you can view and access your Certification benefit:

Transcript

1. Go to the Microsoft Certification Dashboard.
2. From “Your Dashboard”, please click ‘Share or Download’ under the “Transcript”.
3. Please select the format of the transcript then click “Save” to download a copy of your transcript.
