Obtaining the Special and Expert badges for Microsoft Office

I have taken, passed and claimed my badge for

  • Microsoft 2016 Power Point
  • Microsoft 2016 Outlook
  • Microsoft 2016 Word Expert

Can those badges qualify as criteria for the Microsoft Specialist Badge?

I am also going to take the Microsoft 2016 Excel Expert soon, hoping that with passing that I will receive the Microsoft Expert Badge.

Please explain if I am misunderstanding the Badge requirements.  There was nothing in any of the text on the Microsoft sites about the requirements be specific, meaning only particular pairing of classes qualify.

What team could look into my badges and help with the Specialist Badge?

I used the Certiport program for testing vouchers. I have 3 badges on Acclaim.

Thanks for your feedback.

Thank you for the reply, however; that is not an answer to my question.  Certiports customer service is awful. If you call them you can be on hold up to 20:00 before anyone picks up, and there is not a call back option.  I have been in  contact with them for a voucher issue - and it was not an easy process.

The badges are issued by Microsoft. I am asking a BADGE question. I have passed three exams (PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word Expert) at a certified testing center and have claimed all three badges - what am I missing that I have not received the "Specialist" badge?
