Since you have all passed the required exams for the Microsoft Office Specialist associate and Microsoft Office Specialist Expert for 2019, as for the Microsoft Office Master 2019 we were unable to provide any information regarding plans to release a new version for the aforementioned Certificate.

Also, since the MOS exam is being administered by Certiport, I would recommend you to contact the testing center for the updates of the availability of Microsoft Office Master 2019.
