Office certifications

I have been trying for months to attach my Microsoft word and excel specialist certifications to my microsoft account and nothing has been working so far is there any way to do this?? PearsonVue sent me an email directly after my exam with my certification ID and temporary access code and still work work anywhere but credly.

Based on your inquiry, we understand that you need to connect your certification profile and your Certiport account to align your accounts and visualize your MOS certificates. We will be happy to help you.

To provide you with further assistance, we opened a Private Message where we have requested information related to your Certification Profile in order to verify it and properly assist you. You can find the access to the Private Message on the top right corner of this screen, as shown in the image below.

We would like to inform you that your account is ready to be migrated to your desired email address so you will be able to visualize your certificates. Please see attached the steps for migrating your account:


1. Open your Microsoft Edge Browser and begin a Microsoft Edge InPrivate browsing session by pressing the key combination Ctrl + Shift + N.

2. Copy and paste this link into the private window’s address bar: https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate

3. Access using a new personal Microsoft account. Please use your desired Microsoft account in this step, as the account used here will be associated with your Certification Profile.

4. If you are shown an error message, please select the option "MCP Home."

Image5. After you have selected the option "MCP Home," it is possible that you will be asked to log in again. Please proceed with the same MSA you used in Step 3. You will be taken to MS Learn. After this, please paste again the following URL on your browser search bar: https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate

6. After pasting the URL and pressing enter, you will see this website. Please fill in the blank fields with the MCID and Access Code that we shared with you via Private Message.
