Old MCITP/MCTS certs

Hi,


I have taken some MS exams and got certified ages ago (ca 2014). However, Can't seem to find them under my learning dashboard anymore. While not very relevant nowadays, I'd still like to have an official certification proof. All of these were previously in my MCP dashboard and tied to my personal email address. I also have a printout from the exam center back then which shows my "candidate id", if anyone can help, I can supply these over DM.
