Certificates and Transcripts can be downloaded in your Microsoft Certification Dashboard by signing in using your Microsoft account and password.
If you no longer remember or have access on your Microsoft account, we can locate it using the information from your score report.
To do this, please provide us with the requested information in the initiated private message (please see image below):
Upon receipt, we’ll locate your old Certification profile and unlink your old email address from it so you can migrate it to your new Microsoft account.
