Online Exam - Camera Stream Issue

I recently tried to take the AZ 204 exam through PersonVue. This however not happened as the proctor was unable to see my camera video stream.

All the pre checks with the PersonVue Software worked (everything was green and camera video was visible, at least to me). Is there any chance to verify why they could not see me to avoid any issues in upcoming exams?

Based on the setup (Hard- and Software) it should work as a colleague of mine participated also in a exam where he had no problems. So I assume there is something with the router (port not open or something like this), but I'm not really sure.

Hi Adam,

 

Since you had a technical issue with the camera, I would recommend to report this immediately to the exam vendor which is PearsonVue as they can assist you in rescheduling and to provide you details and reason they were unable to see your camera video stream.
