Why does this keep popping up when my internet connection is 100% fine? I have been waiting an hour and ten minutes now. The GED.com website and this ONVue is atrocious. Waiting an hour to take this test, I have work at 4AM in the morning, its already getting late and the dang test hasnt even started! Fix your stiff FFS!!!

Due to the error that you have encountered before your exam, please note that you may be tagged as "no show" for the exam and rescheduling will result in a regular fee. I highly recommend contacting Pearson VUE to report the incident and request to reschedule your exam as they have direct access to your exam appointment for any rescheduling or modification request as well as the proper tools to provide you the available time/date of the exam from their system. They should respond within 3-5 business days but rest assured that their team is taking action at the earliest opportunity. Below are their contact details:

Meanwhile, if you need further assistance after your interaction with Pearson Vue for me to follow it up, please provide the Case ID along with the information I requested through the private message I initiated to verify and locate your account. Please refer to the image shown below:
In addition to this, with the issue that you faced before the exam, you might want to consider taking the exam at a testing center for a smoother test experience or use alternative equipment that meets or exceeds the Recommended Specification stated on the OnVUE Technical Requirements for the Candidate page if still want to continue taking it online.
