OnVue Network Diagnostics Failure

Good day,

I have failed to sit for my exam due to the screen being stuck at the network diagnostics screen and not proceeding to the next stage. My download speed was about 85 mbps and yet the test still failed to load. Please advice if it's possible to get another voucher for the exam and what i need to do to get the connection right.

I'm sorry to hear that you were unable take your exam due to technical issue. Let me provide you information on how you can take this exam again by redirecting you to the correct support.


As per the Exam FAQ, if a candidate experienced any technical issues before, during and after the exam, it is recommended to contact the exam delivery provider to report the incident that includes the details of what you have experienced. This would help them to take the proper action and give further instruction on how you can take your exam again using the same voucher.


Note that only the Testing Center has access to your appointments and has the proper tool to reschedule your exam. You can contact the Pearson VUE team using the below details.
