Hi,
I had scheduled my exam for AZ-140 and completed all the system/compatibility test 30 mins before and followed the instructions, however when arrived at the screen "OnVue is setting up for your exam" the screen is just stuck at 0% and doesn't proceed at all, I waited for more than 45 mins, posted the my question in the pearsonVue support chat and didn't get any response. I closed the window and re-initiated the verification process to launch the exam and it just stuck again at the same screen.
I am really disappointed and looking for help. I would like reschedule this exam to some other date due to this issue.
