Page Stayed on Connecting to Exam status for more than 1 hour

Hello,

After checking in and the verification pics, the VUE window stayed on in "downloading your exam status(0% complete)" for more than an hour, after which I closed the window.

I understand that I cannot re-use the code sent for the test slated for today.

I was appearing for the AZ-900 Fundamentals test.

Could you advise on my next steps.

It seems that this is an issue on the Pearson Vue Site which your exam is not responding for the download or might be a technical issue.

 

As per the Exam FAQ of Pearson Vue, if you have encountered any technical issue before, during or after the online exam, you may need to contact the Pearson Vue Customer Support.

 

I would recommend to contact your exam provider directly to conduct some investigation and may assist you in rescheduling your exam since you have missed to attend your scheduled appointment.
