Passed AI-102 Exam – Certificate Still Missing After 48 Hours

I am writing to report that although I successfully passed the AI-102: Designing and Implementing an Azure AI Solution exam with a score of ***, my certificate is still not visible in my Microsoft Learn profile, even after more than **** have passed since the exam.

I received the official scorecard instantly after completing the exam through Pearson VUE. However, when I contacted Pearson VUE regarding the missing certificate, they informed me that only Microsoft handles certification issuance and advised me to contact you directly.

Here are my exam details for your reference:

Follow-up on Missing Certificate – Single Microsoft Account Used

Dear Dariem Morales,

Thank you for your continued support.

I want to confirm that I have only one Microsoft account, which I used both to register for the exam and to log in to Microsoft Learn:

  • Microsoft Account

  • PUID (UserToken):

Additionally, I used the same email to log in to Pearson VUE and connect with their system.

I have already contacted Pearson VUE about this issue, but they informed me that certificate issuance is handled by Microsoft and advised me to reach out to you.

Could you please check from your side what might be causing the certificate not to appear in my profile?

Dear Microsoft Certification Team,

I appeared for the AI-102 exam on ****** and successfully passed. However, even today, my certificate has not been issued or reflected in my Microsoft Learn profile.

I am confused and concerned about what went wrong since I have completed all requirements and passed the exam. I have all the necessary documents, including the scorecard and candidate ID, as proof.

Subject: Final Follow-Up – Certificate Still Missing Since 26 May Despite All Submissions


Dear Dariem Morales / Microsoft Support Team,


Today is ***, and I am still waiting for a resolution to my missing AI-102: Azure AI Engineer Associate certificate. I passed the exam on **** (Registration ID: ***, Score: ***), and it has now been over ** days without any result on my Microsoft Learn profile.

You had mentioned on*** that the case was escalated to your Specialized Team, and it would take up to 5 business days. However, I have received no further update from your side since then.

I have already submitted everything requested, including:

  • Full account and profile details

  • PUID and Learn username

  • A screen recording showing login, credentials page, and missing certificate

  • Followed all steps (InPrivate window, home network, BTS check)


I am unable to understand why, even after following all procedures properly and submitting valid proof, the certificate is still not issued or visible. This delay is affecting my professional plans.

I kindly request an immediate update and resolution. If there is any issue from your side, please clarify it transparently. I am trying my best to cooperate, but this continued silence is disappointing from Microsoft’s support.
