Passed AZ-302 and AZ-301 but not awarded the Solutions Architect Certification

I originally took (and passed) 70-534 Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions. I was notified in 2018 that I could take the AZ-302 (because I had passed 70-534) and then take either AZ-300 or AZ-301 to achieve the current Azure Solutions Architect Export certification. I took (and passed) AZ-300 but have not been awarded to Azure Solutions Architect Export certification. Can someone verify that I have met the requirements for the Azure Solutions Architect Export certification?

Hi bjboudre,

Exam AZ-302 is a transition test to earn Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification. This can only be taken if a candidate passed exam 70-535. Also, this transition exam already retired on June 30, 2019.

Please refer to this link.

The delta between Exam 70-534 and the new job role-based certifications is significant enough that you need to take AZ-300 and AZ-301 to earn the new Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
