Passed both Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security and Microsoft 365 Identity and Services but not received the cert yet

Hi there,

I have passed both Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security and Microsoft 365 Identity and Services but have not received the related (M365 Enterprise Admin) cert yet.

We understand from your post, you cannot see your Certificate in your Account. We will be glad to assist with your inquiry.

Thank you for your patience during this process.

Please know that we received a response from our Specialized Team, and unfortunately, you do not have all the prerequisites to achieve the Enterprise Administrator Expert Certificate.

Please keep in mind that the exams MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services and MS-101: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security are part of the requirements to be certified as a: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert. The Certificate will not be awarded just by completing them.

At the same time, for you to achieve the desired Certification, you will need to complete the following requirements:

 

1. Two Exams, (you have passed them already)

 

 

 

2. One of the following Certifications:

The passed exams will be listed in your Transcript and are eligible to be displayed as Microsoft Badges, the Microsoft 365 Certified: “Enterprise Administrator Expert” Certification will be received once all exams and prerequisites are completed.

You can review your Transcript and Badges by accessing your Microsoft Certification Dashboard and selecting the respective option.
