Passed DP-100. Certification Not Showing up on Certification Dashboard.

This is the second Microsoft exam I have taken and the second time I have had this issue. Can someone please permanently fix whatever account issue I have going on so I don't have to go through this every time?

I passed the DP-100 about a week ago and the Certification has yet to populate on my Microsoft Certification Dashboard. I need this ASAP to put on my consulting resume for a potential client.

This same exact issue occurred when I took the 98-364 exam. Please help.

***Moved from: Certifications / Certificates / Missing Certification***

Hi Lauren,

Sorry to hear about the recurring issue you’ve had with your account.

Let me take it from here and assist you in checking your certification status.

To begin with, there are several reasons why a candidate cannot see their certification on their profile. Here are some of those reasons as listed below:

  1. A duplicate profile was created by you or you might be logged in to an empty profile.
  2. Your certification profile is not yet associated with a Microsoft account or the Access Code provided to you to access your account has expired.

For us to check on yours, please respond to the private message I have initiated for you. This includes a request for at least three (3) pieces of account information for us to locate and verify your profile.

To view the message sent, please click on the image below:

Once received, we will review your profile and advise you of the next set of steps to resolve your inquiry.

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response has been received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages. Thank you.

Hi Lauren,

We appreciate your feedback.

Upon checking, the reason why you cannot view all your credentials under a single account is because a duplicate profile created during your last exam registration – one of which is still not connected to an email address.

As such, what we can do to have your credentials in one place is to consolidate both accounts to your preferred MCID and email address.

Meanwhile, as per process, all MCIDs should be connected to an email first before the consolidation takes place. To do so, please follow the steps provided below:

  1. Clear your browser’s cached data and cookies.
  2. Ensure that the ‘Block third-party cookies’ setting is disabled.
  3. Use InPrivate / Incognito browsing.
  4. Make sure that you are completely logged out of all of your accounts.
  5. Click on this link to go to your Microsoft Certification Member Site.
  6. Log in with your other personal (Microsoft) email address and the password associated to it that you would like to link with your Microsoft Certification Profile.
  7. Enter the MCID and Access Code provided to you via private message.

Kindly update us on the status of the migration so that we may proceed with consolidation.

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response has been received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages. Thank you.
