Passed exam 3 days ago, no confirmation email received

I passed AZ-204 3 days ago, and never received any email confirmation about it.

I do see the certificate online in my account dashboard, however an email is usually sent and used for archiving. It's not in SPAM folder.

Meanwhile, please know that the email confirmation of your exam result with the feedback on your performance will be sent to the email address you used to register for your exam. 

To access your Score report, please visit this Exam scoring and score reports | Microsoft Learn page as your reference guide.

Alternatively, I recommend reaching out directly to the exam delivery provider, as they have full access to your appointment details and can resend the exam registration email to your preferred address. Their support site offers several convenient contact options, including live phone assistance, which allows you to connect in real time. You can select your region to view all available support channels. They’ve also introduced a live chat feature, giving you the opportunity to speak directly with an agent for quicker resolution.
