I have passed the MS-201 Exam and got the certificates from Credly and Certiport. But then I don't seemed to get this certificate under my Microsoft Learn account. Can anyone help me transfer my certification to my Microsoft Learn Account?

Hello Firman.
Welcome to Microsoft’s Community.
We understand that you have not found your MS-201 Certificate in your Profile. We will gladly assist.
We have started a Private Message where we will request some details about your account to complete a validation process. We have also need to request a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder), where we can evidence the situation. It is necessary that the email address used at the time of accessing is displayed, as well as for the error you encounter. We advise you to take multiple screenshots of these if necessary.
Please include all the following steps:
Clear your browser’s cached data and cookies.
Use InPrivate browsing with Microsoft Edge.
Click on this link to go to Microsoft Learn.
Log in using your personal email.
Click on “Certificates”.
Record until the error is visible.
Please click on the screen to confirm that the PSR will record everything, especially the last error you see.
Keep in mind the PSR tool is set to a limit of 25 screenshots as a default, if you need a higher number of pictures to show the process, please change the number to at least 100 screenshots in the tool’s settings. Also remember to make an extra click to have the last picture.
You will be able to use the PSR following the link specified for your operating system:
· Windows: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/22878/windows-10-record-steps
· Mac: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208721
You can access the Private Message from the top right corner of this page, as shown in the image below:
