I appeared for AZ-302 via Pearson view center, LAB got hanged at 80% exam and it was cancelled.
Schedule for AZ-300 0n 14th Sept from home, some technical issue at their end and they automatically rescheduled for 2nd Oct
On 2nd Oct from home, I was using the same DSL 40 MBPS connection the internet test failed. I came out in my drawing room to use 100 MBPS, test passed and exam started. I shared to proctor on chat that it is not a closed area and if I can change my internet connection to 40 MBPS to move to closed area, she denied.
Exam was progressing but suddenly my 9 year old daughter passed through and webcam detected her shadow. I got a call about it and I explained. The lady said ok you continue. After progressing on exam and 15 minutes the lady called again nd said that this shadow and some noise is against policy and we are revoking your test. She didn't hear even after my explanations.
Now I am doing follow up on mails Case 03427076 and using hours long call, but no solution and they are asking me to rescheduling by paying fee again.
I am fed up. The can do anything without explanation and there is no hearing for exam takers and even when I am their customer.
Need Microsoft intervention......
