Pathetic service of pearsonview

Hi,

I appeared for AZ-302 via Pearson view center, LAB got hanged at 80% exam and it was cancelled.

Schedule for AZ-300 0n 14th Sept from home, some technical issue at their end and they automatically rescheduled for 2nd Oct

On 2nd Oct from home, I was using the same DSL 40 MBPS connection the internet test failed. I came out in my drawing room to use 100 MBPS, test passed and exam started. I shared to proctor on chat that it is not a closed area and if I can change my internet connection to 40 MBPS to move to closed area, she denied.

Exam was progressing but suddenly my 9 year old daughter passed through and webcam detected her shadow. I got a call about it and I explained. The lady said ok you continue. After progressing on exam and 15 minutes the lady called again nd said that this shadow and some noise is against policy and we are revoking your test. She didn't hear even after my explanations.

Now I am doing follow up on mails Case 03427076 and using hours long call, but no solution and they are asking me to rescheduling by paying fee again.

I am fed up. The can do anything without explanation and there is no hearing for exam takers and even when I am their customer.

Need Microsoft intervention......

To maintain the integrity of proctored exams in an online/webcam setting, specific policies, practices, and procedures are enforced.

 

Since you are taking your exam at your home you must meet the following requirements:

 

·         Office or conference room must be walled, have a closed door, and be free from disruptions.

·         If taking the exam at your home, the room should be free from disruptions.

·         No third party is to be in the room during your testing session.

 

In any event that the proctor detect any violation against this policy they will immediately disconnect you from the exam.

Since there is an on going investigation on Pearson VUE we need to wait for their resolution because they are the one who administered the online exam which means they have all the copies of the needful data for the review.

The terms and policies they are referring can't be unilateral. They can cancel exam anytime because of technical issue at their end which has happened twice which has wasted my days of effort, my weekend and entire planning.

They have modified their application where 40 MBPS internet speed is failing in internet speed test and only 100 MBPS passed, that's why I need to change my location.

I mentioned that clearly and asked them to allow a disconnection so that I can go back and continue the test using 40 MBPS which they didn't allow. 

Where they have written that one need 100 MBPS speed for this test?

I expect a resolution and they must reschedule my exam without paying again.
