Payment error when paying with credit card

I run into a problem, I cannot pay for the certificate on the PearsonVue website anymore. It gives the following error:

Allow me to help you check the options to complete your exam payment. 

As per the error message, you need to contact your financial institution or use a different credit card to proceed with the payment. If you still get the same error, you need to contact the exam provider directly for immediate assistance for completing the payment. 

Although my scope of support covers assistance with MS Cert profile access/benefits and exam registration, allow me to redirect you to the correct team Pearson Vue Support Team regarding the payment error to further assist you with completing the payment. They will be creating a separate case with a different reference ID and assist you from here.
