Hi,
I have an certifiation exam scheduled for tonight (in about 12hrs) and now when I run the system test-sample exam on Mac, I am stuck on the below screen. Clickon "OK" has no impact as the screen is shown busy.
Any help would be appreciated.

You can log onto your certification dashboard to reschedule the exam yourself.
If you are unable to reschedule, please contact your program-specific customer service team for assistance.
Please note, due to COVID-19, it may take longer than normal for Pearson VUE support to respond (up to five days or more).
