I had scheduled my Azure exam using Pearson vue services on *removed*. My order id is *removed*
During the start of the exam proctor joined about 40 - 60 minutes late and when she joined. She ask me to show the valid government approved original id. I showed her my driving license at first which was laminated so she told me to show something else as we are not accepting the ids if it is laminated. Upon her request I showed my Govt approved original UIDAI ID which is a national Id. She rejected my original id citing that this ID should be in the pvc format.
I told her that even guidelines didn't mention that id should be in the pvc otherwise it won't get accepted. She said like she is not going to let you give the exam as you are not able to produce the valid id which is absolutely white lie in front of me.
She asked for the passport which I don't have with me, I said all I have is this original govt approved ID. She didn't accepted it and told me that you need to reschedule the exam and have to provide valid id next time.
I told her to send me mail citing the reason of rejection along with the reschedule link.
I didn't receive any such mail , she told me to talk to help desk instead.
I am working professional and I have to manage time for study and then giving any exam from my working schedule. It is very hard to me go after any one and send multiple mails to them to reschedule the exam where I have shown what was required and sufficient as per rules.
I raise this concern to the Pearson helpdesk and instead helping me out they just put all blame on me and rejected my candidature for that exam.
They mentioned that I need to buy exam again and they are not going to reschedule my exam.
I have feel I am being ill treated by Pearson, it is pure ignorance towards me. I talked to my other friends those recently gave the exam , and they mentioned that for them showing UIDAI was sufficient for them to pass through the process.
I don't want to waste more of my time in typing complaints where I have done nothing wrong.
