Pearson OnVue Software keeps asking asking to download latest version

Good afternoon,

I have an exam to take **Time Removed** and during the system checks after downloading the latest version of the Pearson OnVue software and running it and entering the access code provided, it keeps asking me to download the latest version even though it's the latest version I've downloaded. I can't take the exam because of this. I have used this same system to take other Microsoft Certifcation exams via Pearson Vue.

Please help.

Thank you.

Hi Baju,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I understand that you encountered technical difficulties with downloading the OnVUE application despite having the latest version. Allow me to direct you to the correct support to assist you with rescheduling the exam.

Upon checking, for any technical errors experience before, during, or after the exam, you should reach out to Pearson Vue to file an incident report so they can guide you on how to prevent it in the future and consider rescheduling your appointment. you may get in touch with them using the link below:

Also note that if you used a voucher less discount, this should be re-instated after 36 hours if this was unused or your scheduled exam has been cancelled and is within its validity. Please use this Vouchers and redeeming discounts steps in claiming this benefit.

If you have used a voucher code upon registering for your exam, please get in touch with your provider so that they can confirm its validity and how you can possibly use the said discount benefit.
