I planned to give AZ 900 exam yesterday via pearson vue home exam option.
The software got downloaded on my apple mac laptop & while loading in for microsoft exam it cameup with popup that completely froze the session & laptop.
OnVue wants to access to control System events - Click Dont allow or ok.
I contacted the agents via chat & they tried to help me without any luck. We had to reboot the laptop 3 times with no luck.
I was informed unfortunately this process took my session as live & have asked me to reschedule this exam with a voucher code provided.
Did you hear this feedback from others too ? As I understand the software has reported these issues with mac users. Please could you advise or reachout to Pearson as to why have they have not done software due diligence & what is the alternative for such issues in future? My case id with them is case id : 05109417.
I had to waste 3 hours of time & I am now unable to reschedule the exam. Kindly advise.
