Hi Team,
I had an exam scheduled at 9:45am today at Pearson UVM on line and the proctor has never showed up. The window stays at “Please wait while we prepare your test”. I have tried chatbox support and what I have got is:
All agents are currently assisting others. Thank you for your patience.
Also tried to call the support the reply is “Our office is closed….”
Now I am left wondering what I should do with the exam. Could you please help?
