Pearson UVM on line test for DA-100, proctor has never showed up

               

Hi Team,

I had an exam scheduled at 9:45am today at Pearson UVM on line and the proctor has never showed up. The window stays at “Please wait while we prepare your test”.  I have tried chatbox support and what I have got is:

All agents are currently assisting others. Thank you for your patience.

Also tried to call the support the reply is “Our office is closed….”

Now I am left wondering what I should do with the exam. Could you please help?

We know you're worried about rescheduling your exam however the Pearson VUE customer service wait-times are longer than usual right now. If you tried to reschedule yourself but couldn’t, I can help by sending your details to Pearson VUE and one of their support team members will contact you within 3-5 business days.
