Pearson VEU really bad services

How I can complain to Microsoft about their exams 3rd party provider like Pearson?

I found their services worst that at busy, unders staffed restaurant !!

My exams where book for today 12/12/2023 at 10:15am, passed all the checks and test PC. Got all way to exam welcome screen left room for human needs.

Came back and had 23 seconds to start exam, I clicked "start" got to first question and instantly I see message on my screen asking if I finished exam ??

How could I finish exam I just started, obvously I answerd "No". Next message I see is that I violated exam rules, my sessions was canceled by examinator.

What I have violated if I didn't start exem at a time I left room and I still had time start it on first place??

I rang their customer services instantly, opened case.

Missed phone call from them , call them back and things got just worst from here. Lady I was talking to had such poor mic that my phone on full volume was strugling to pass her voice loud enough to understant wha she was saying. I managed to pass my details to her after numerous tries as she couldn't find my account.

Once she found my details and case number, told me to wait for case resolution. I aksed her to verify if details in my case were correct. Only to find out that I reported technical issues during my exam, hich was a lie. I reported exactly what I mentioned above" Examinator canceled my session", so it looks like customer service just made some story for the case. And she kept repeating to wait for resolution not willing to properly engage in any converstation to correct my case details.

If I wont get anywhere with refund or voucher, Pearson will have to release recording of the begging of the exam under GDPR rules to myself, which I use in small claims court and i'm pretty sure I win.

Considering my experience above, It is common sense to not enagage wiht Pearson but with MS Complaint department.

To whom or how can speak directly, no emails please, to complain about very poor servcies I received from Pearson ?

I want to add that customer service give email address to contact Pearson, email address from messages received say, no reply.
