Pearson View won't let me finalize my exam

Hi,

I tried appearing for the AZ 900 exam through Pearson Vue online in Pakistan. Everything was going alright until it was time to pay. It wouldn't accept my credit card. I even tried to pay through my sister in law's credit card in Canada thinking that might work but it didn't and now it seems my account is blocked. I don't understand why I can't sit for my exam online through Pearson Vue and why I was carried through the whole payment process if the country isn't on their list of services.

Hi Nazia,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are having issues during your payment on Exam AZ-900.

The reason why you were not able to process the payment is because Pearson Vue does not accept credit card payments in the following countries: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Benin, Cameroon, Gambia, Ghana, Lebanon, Nigeria, Pakistan, Senegal, Tanzia, Togo, and Uganda.

Meanwhile, if you have a voucher number, this can also be used as your exam payment given that the exam is scheduled and taken before the voucher number expiration period. Pearson Vue vouchers can be purchased through the Pearson Vue Voucher Store.

Please also take note that candidates in these countries are advised to arrange their payment directly with the testing center (Pearson Vue) to test or purchase a voucher and pay bank transfer. Most centers in these countries are prepared to assist the candidates to overcome this block.
